Please don’t believe all the hype you read in the glossy mags. There is no miracle supplement or killer routine that is going to pile on the muscle with minimal effort or strip away the fat in days.
The plain truth is that success in bodybuilding is no different to success in any other walk of life, it requires the 3 ‘d’s’:

However the truth is not an easy sell, people don’t want to hear that to build muscle or lose fat they’re gonna have to consistently work hard and make sacrifices to see progress- slowly.

This site is concerned with the hard, factual truth when it comes to packing on muscle and building strength.
I’ve made a lot of bodybuilding mistakes over the years, wasted countless hours in the gym following some under (sometime counter) productive routine and squandered hard earned cash on waste of time supplements
Twenty five years down the line and the old adage “if only I knew then what I know now” couldn’t be more apt. So now I want to share what I’ve learnt over these years (and still learning).
My hope is to provide you with potent and practical advice to help you get the most from your training and nutrition and help steer you clear of the all too common bodybuilding mistakes.
